Our Famous Double Chocolate Cupcake
I know most of you must be wondering what goes into our Double Chocolate Cupcake. Well here you go. Bake them for Christmas this year and let us know what your guests thinks.
Chocolate Fudge Cupcake
3/4 cup Plain flour
1/4 cup Cocoa powder
1/4 tsp Baking soda
Pinch of Salt
60g Unsalted butter
2/3 cup Caster sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
1 Eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup Milk
Pre-heat oven to 170C – 180C.
Line a muffin tray with cupcake cases.
Sift plain flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
Beat butter and caster sugar with a paddle until light and creamy.
Beat in eggs and vanilla essence.
Alternate flours and milk, starting and ending with the flours.
Scoop into prepared muffin tray.
Bake for 25mins or until springy to the touch.
